I was pleased with new-fashioned and compact room, which was complete with a private bathroom and a simple design, for example. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for walking around Municipal Historical Museum.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with our trek plans and transport, which made our stay comfortable. Luggage storage during our Torres del Paine hike was also very convenient.

Just a top selection for a weekend in Puerto Natales with very good value for money. The hot water pressure in the shower was amazing, making for a refreshing start to the day. If you're sensitive to noise, try to get a room on the top floor for a quieter night.
