Sound insulation issues can be distracting with noise from guests passing by and doors opening or closing. The bathroom door in the room struggled to stay closed, and the showerhead required cleaning to function correctly. Luggage transport is a hassle since the elevator is out of commission, forcing guests to carry bags up multiple flights of stairs.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with our trek plans and transport, which made our stay comfortable. Luggage storage during our Torres del Paine hike was also very convenient.
